PRIVATE PILOT POLICY

Community & Safety Rules

Good games. Good people.

Effective date:

Draft — not approved for public launch. A responsible operator must fill in legal identity and monitored contact information, verify the practices described, and complete professional review. Adding this page alone does not establish legal compliance.

1. Respect everyone

No harassment, bullying, threats, hateful content, stalking, impersonation, or deliberate attempts to humiliate another player. Competitive gaming is welcome; mistreating teammates is not.

2. Keep private information private

Use a gamer name. Do not reveal or solicit home addresses, schools, phone numbers, personal email addresses, private schedules or other identifying details. Never share another person’s private information. The pilot may block certain contact details in messages, but that filter is imperfect.

3. Safe contact

Chat is available only after two approved users express interest. Do not pressure people to move conversations to other services or to meet in person. Never attempt to evade age-cohort restrictions, a block, or an account suspension.

4. No scams or unsafe behavior

Do not run scams, solicit account passwords, trade stolen accounts, post malicious links, or promote illegal or harmful conduct. Do not pressure others to pay for gameplay access or make private payments.

5. Create responsibly

Post only content you have the right to share and obtain permission before uploading someone else's image or recording. Game publishers, streamers and platform operators retain their own trademarks and other rights.

6. Block and report

When live pilot chat is enabled, use Block to stop contact and Report to flag rule violations. Reports currently go to a database; there is no staffed moderator dashboard or promise of immediate intervention. An adult operator must establish a review and escalation process before public launch. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult rather than relying on Squadistry.

7. Enforcement

In the pilot, the operator may restrict access, hide profiles, review reported content consistent with the privacy notice, or remove accounts for repeated or severe violations. Enforcement and appeals procedures must be documented and staffed before open registration.
